Road Trip!
This weekend we packed up and drove down to Indy to visit Derek's friends. This was the first time his friends have met Camden and Donovan. We all had a great time at Daniel's birthday party- the kids were well behaved and had fun visiting.

Ava (Jeremy and Alicia's little one) loved giving me kisses!

Ava Stacy 9 months, Claire Walter 2 months, Donovan & Camden 3 1/2 months

The boys slept great after the party. They woke their usual time, ate and played in bed with Mom and Dad. Not long after we all fell back asleep.
I love this picture of all my boys sleeping

Donovan and Camden hanging under the gym with their girls!

Camden and Donovan tried out Ava's saucer. They loved it! We have 1 but it looks like another one is going on their Christmas list!

Tummy Time
It's becoming very difficult to get tummy time in now as Camden and Donovan hate being stuck on their bellies. Top it off with the pressure from being on their belly makes them spit up, I have to sneak it in when I can. Today I used the boppy pillows to prop them up a bit which made it last just a little longer before they let me know there would be no more!

All was going fine until Donovan decided to "crawl" over the boppy till he was stuck on his nose! These boys are going to give me a run for my money when they really start moving!

updates
Camden and Donovan continue to amaze us with how quickly they are growing. Donovan is right about 11 lbs. Camden has gone through a recent growth spurt and is near 12 lbs! It's fun to see them get some chub on their legs after they were so tiny at birth. They are still in 0-3/3 month clothes but we had to pull out the 3-6 month pj's because they were busting out of the one piece outfits. Our house sure is noisy in the morning- that's their active, chatty time. They are on the verge of laughing when you really get them going. Donovan is trying very hard to roll from his back to his belly. He can get his whole lower portion over but then can't seem to get that melon of a head off the ground to roll completely over. They are no longer content to just sit in your lap and be snuggled. They want to be up and moving- Mommy does lots of laps around the house everyday. We've been trying more tummy time which they hate. Also have been practicing sitting to work on their upper body/neck strength. We do a lot of reading around here, surprise surprise! Favorite books this month: a big Halloween picture book from Grandma Reyelts, Baby Einstein's Animals, and Ugly Fish.

Baptism Day
November 1, 2009
Camden and Donovan were baptized at the New Lenox Methodist Church. They were such good boys, never cried during the ceremony- even when the pastors walked them up and down the aisle.
Here are some pictures from our special day.

3 months old
It's hard to believe Camden and Donovan are 3 months old already. Look how much they have grown and changed.

Both boys are just over 11lbs now! They eat every 3-4 hours during the day. Donovan sleeps through the night (most nights!) and Camden wakes for one feeding around 1- although I think he knows he gets some Mommy cuddle time without brother around to crash the party! They are "talking" so much now during out playtimes. We are still working on rolling over. Camden rolled for about a week a while back and hasn't done it since. Donovan is really getting close to rolling from his back to his tummy. Both boys are finding more interest in their toys, I'm sure it won't be long before they are grabbing and chewing on them. Speaking of chewing- Camden and Donovan have both found their hands and are sucking on them all the time! It's so cute. Here's a few other pictures from the past week or two.
