Outside Fun! We had some unexpected fabulous weather early in January so we took advantage and hit the local parks and went for many walks. The boys sure enjoyed stretching their legs!

Check Up

I have to make sure I keep up with my blogging about this pregnancy- I learned what a life saver the boys progress posts were when I went to work on their scrapbooks!

So today I had my 11 week check up at the dr. Had to make a mid afternoon appointment which is the worst time to go. Waited nearly and hour to be called back, of course the one time I forget to bring a book! Got weighed in, no weigh gain yet although my body is sure changing! The nurse came in- good blood pressure, etc. The nurse then tried to find the heart beat but couldn't. I was prepared for that as it's a little early. So then Dr. Pierre tried but she couldn't find it either. At this point I was getting worried. So she said she would go find a better doppler. To my surprise she came back with an ultra sound machine. She found the baby right away, wiggling away in there. Whew! So nice to get a surprise view of our little one after my long wait for the appointment.

Not much else to report. I'm still feeling good, just tired. I'm starting to sleep a bit better at night. Still resting during the boys naps, sometimes napping myself. Next check up will be in 4 weeks.

Welcome to 2012!

Yes, I am finally logging back on to our blog. I've been a slacker keeping up the past month! All for a good reason...


That's right, Camden and Donovan are going to be big brothers this summer! Baby Ring is due mid August. We are so excited to be welcoming another little one to our family. So when I normally would be updating the blog (naptime/evenings) I have been getting some much needed rest.
Much like my pregnancy with the boys, I have felt pretty good. No morning sickness- lucky I know. Just so tired! And I'm not sleeping very well at night so that just adds to the exhaustion. I'm hoping this stage passes quickly though. We had our first ultrasound on January 17th and won't have another till 20 weeks. So different from the boys when I had them every week in the beginning and every 4 weeks throughout the rest. I'll just have to trust that everything is going well. That or drive to Milwaukee and beg my awesome Sister-In-Law to take a peek :) Thank you for any prayers you can send our way over the next 7 months!
