Happy Easter

This year Camden and Donovan really got into the whole Easter Bunny thing.  After church they anxiously followed a jelly bean trail from the garage to the patio door.  Then it was into the back yard to search for eggs. 

They were very excited to find jelly beans and M&M's in their eggs.  Such a fun day!

Look What We Got!

We are all so excited for our new backyard swing set! The boys are still at that stage where they bounce from one activity to the next so it's nice to not take them all the way to the park for just 10 min of play. They are learning quickly how to get up on the big swings and glider. They enjoy the clubhouse on top too. What a fun spring/summer we will have!

Watching the men build the swing set- so glad they installed it. Took 3 guys with tools, who knew what they were doing almost 4 hours!

Big Brothers

Camden and Donovan love kissing on the baby. They are always asking "I can see MY baby?"

20 weeks

This week marks 20 weeks into our pregnancy- half way there already. No mistaking that I'm pregnant any more!

Last Wednesday (March 25th) we had our big ultrasound. Derek was finally able to see the baby for the first time. We went to the new Silver Cross Hospital for our scan. Derek was able to watch the screen at the beginning while the tech did all the measuring- I couldn't see it from the table. But after the necessary information was gathered she turned the screen so Derek and I could both see the baby. Everything looked great, baby appears to be growing and developing perfectly. He/She had a good heart rate of 144-147 during the scan. Wiggle wiggle went the arms and legs. Of course when we tried to get a good profile shot, He/She got a little shy. We still ended up with some amazing photos to remember the experience.
