Get up outta here!

We took a big trip to... Walmart yesterday! Exciting, I know. Whatever gets us out of the house.

Our camera is broken but I did find our old one- not great pic quality but the subjects make up for it!

The boy's little friend Baylie got them this cool spinning toy for Christmas. They have really been enjoying it as they can play with it sitting up or laying on their belly.

The boys tried some avocado today- it is by far the favorite so far. It's so great to be able to give them fresh food!



We're getting cabin fever! Is winter over yet? Pulled the big boy stroller out and took a "stroll" around the house this morning. The boys enjoyed watching the wind blow the snow around outside.

Veggies

This weekend Camden and Donovan tried veggies for the first time. Here they are with some yummy green beans!



Donovan- "Yum, I see the spoon! That means some good oatmeal is coming."


"What the heck is this Dad? This does NOT taste like oatmeal. Hmm... it's not too bad. Can I have some more please!"







Camden- "Ooo... time to eat!"


"Mommy, what did you just poison me with? This stuff is awful. No more! Give the rest to Donovan."

dr appt updates

We took the boys for their 6 month dr appt (they are 5 1/2 months, went 2 weeks early...)


Donovan is 12 lbs and 25 1/2 inches. He was a very good boy at the dr- didn't fuss through his exam and took the shots like a real man :)



Camden is 14lbs 1 oz and 26 inches long. Dr had a hard time listening to his chest because Camden just wanted that stethoscope so bad! Then thought the dr's hand would be a great chew toy during his exam. He too did great with all 3 shots.

Snow Babies!

They're famous!

Camden and Donovan are famous! This morning the local news said to send in pics of your family watching the news. I thought, how fun! So I snapped a cute picture of the boys and e-mailed it in. A little later there they were! The man in the video, is the husband of a teacher friend of mine. He is a comedian who frequents the show as the character "Skip Parker". It was neat that he recognized us!

Wow how the boys have changed! They sure love their bath time now.

It really can't be much fun to have those toys right in your face but whatever makes you happy kid!

Active Boys!

Camden and Donovan are super active now. They can both roll from their back to their front. Camden, who just did it for the first time today, won't stay on his back now! Donovan is very selective about when he will flip over so I haven't caught his on camera yet.
They got some fun new entertainers for Christmas.

It's very rare to see Camden without his hands in his mouth- no matter what or who gets in his way. Just try to get a shirt on this kid! They are definitely teething!
